Artificial intelligence (AI)—a machine or computer’s ability to perform cognitive functions—is quickly changing many facets of American life, including how we interact with health insurance. AI is increasingly being used by health insurers to automate a host of functions, including processing prior authorization (PA) requests, managing other plan utilization management techniques, and adjudicating claims.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), part of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), will provide approximately $176 million to Moderna for development of an mRNA-based pandemic influenza vaccine.

Indonesia kembali menjadi tuan rumah Program Fellowship Penelitian dan Pelatihan bidang Virologi dan Teknologi Vaksin. Program ini ditujukan bagi para peneliti dari negara-negara anggota Organisasi Kerja Islam (OKI) yang ingin mempelajari teknologi pembuatan vaksin.
