BPJS KESEHATAN Indeks Kualitas Fasilitas Mitra Capai Rata-Rata 73 Persen

Screen Shot 2016-04-02 at 12.27.27 AMHasil kajian yang dilakukan Pusat Kebijakan dan Manajemen Kesehatan (PKMK) Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gadjah Mada (FK-UGM) Tahun 2015 menunjukkan indeks kualitas fasilitas kesehatan mitra BPJS Kesehatan rata-rata 73 persen.

“Dengan rincian kualitas input sebeser 79 persen, kualitas proses 65 persen dan kualitas outcome 76 persen,” kata Kepala Divisi Manajemen Mutu PKMK FK-UGM dr Hanevi Djasri saat memaparkan hasil kajiannya tersebut, di Jakarta, Kamis (31/3).

Medical Care Quality Reduces For ‘Difficult’ Patients

The experts involved in the study could not really determine why, but surmised that the doctors might be using up more of their “mental resources on dealing with the difficult patients’ behaviors, impeding adequate processing of clinical findings.”

Ketua Pengurus Besar Ikatan Dokter Indonesia Daeng M Faqih mengakui layanan untuk pasien BPJS Kesehatan masih amburadul. Menurut dia, dua hal yang penting diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan layanan pasien BPJS Kesehatan yakni akses dan mutu puskesmas.

When Quality Fails Patients: Finding the Best in Diabetes Care

Amidst the noise of notices to be found in clinical spaces this seemed in­nocuous enough. The sign went on to explain that patients were encouraged to measure their low-density lipopro­tein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels, so that the clinic could meet its quality target of 100% of diabetes patients with mea­sured cholesterol levels.
