Bogor, Bertempat di Hotel Grand Savero pada tanggal 23-25 Agustus 2022 telah diselenggarakan workshop penguatan integrasi Puskesmas dan FKTP lainnnya yang dihadiri oleh 6 Provinsi yakni Kabupaten Solok-Sumatera Barat, Kabupaten Kendal-Jawa Tengah, Kota Madiun-Jawa Timur, Kota Makassar-Sulawesi Selatan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang-Sumatera Utara, Kota Pekanbaru- Riau. 6 Provinsi ini terpilih menjadi wilayah uji coba dalam penerapan konsep integrasi pelayanan kesehatan Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Tingkat Primer (FKTP), atau yang biasa disebut model Integrated Quality of Care (IQ-CARE) Kerjasama antara Pusat Kebijakan dan Manajemen Kesehatan (PKMK) FK-KMK UGM dengan Kementerian Kesehatan Direktorat Pelayanan Kesehatan Primer (PKP).
Using AI to Improve Chronic Disease Outcomes
This article reports the results of a study that follows a multi-year, pragmatic clinical trial in a real world, community based primary care. What started as a quality project evolved to include the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) decision support to guide medication choices when treating hypertension (HTN). Results show that primary care physicians significantly improved HTN outcomes as compared to the national average of success.

With 80% of its population living less than one metre above sea level, the climate emergency is an existential threat for the Maldives, driving increasingly severe hazards such as floods, strong winds, swells, and storm surges. Increasing risks are challenging the response and recovery capabilities of communities and threatening to undermine their resilience.
